  • Where are you based?
    We are based at Metabolic Birmingham, Hastingwood Business Park, B24 9QR. Metabolic Birmingham is a private personal training studio with parking, situated just off the Tyburn Road.
  • When are your classes?

    We've designed the Metabolic Challenge to fit into busy schedules. With flexible session timings and on-the-go nutrition guidance, your fitness goals can harmonise with your lifestyle.
  • Will the programme be too hard for me?
    Our programme is designed to be challenging yet achievable. We tailor the intensity to match your current fitness level. Our gym is NOT for super fit people or athletes.
  • What if I only want to do elements of the programme?
    We are to build a programme around your goals and needs. This may include the metabolism test without coaching, or you may just want to opt for group personal training. This is why we encourage you to book a call with us to discuss what is right for you.
  • How much does it cost?
    We offer flexible monthly coaching based on the level of support you want: Nutrition Only – £147 every 4 weeks Training Only – £160/every 4 weeks Full Coaching (Training + Nutrition + Support) – £197/every 4 weeks You’ll get access to metabolic testing, personalised plans, and a structure that fits your life — not someone else’s template. We’ll go through all the options during your discovery call and help you choose the one that’s right for you..
  • I'm not comfortable in a gym environment?
    We pride ourselves on being a none intimidating personal training studio, which is a safe space to exercise from. Our friendly and inclusive community is here to make everyone feel at home. Plus, if you ever want to work out in a more private setting, the exercise programme can be done at home, providing that flexibility.
  • I have dietary restrictions. Can I still follow the nutrition plan?
    Our nutrition plans are completely customisable. Whether you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or just picky eaters at home, we'll work with you to create a plan that meets your needs.
  • Will I be able to stick to the nutrition plan?
    Our nutrition plans aren't about restriction; they're about balance. We'll help you understand how to make healthy choices that fit your tastes and lifestyle.
  • What if I fail or don't see results?
    Our success is our priority. If you don’’t get results in we offer a place on the next challenge free of charge.
  • Is this just another generic programme?
    We pride ourselves on personalisation. Your plan will be as unique as you are, based on detailed metabolic testing and tailored to your individual needs and goals.
  • When are your sessions?
    We have sessions at 06:00, 06:45, 10:00, 17:30 and 18:30 in the week and 08:30 and 09:30 on a Saturday. The timetable does change however.
  • I’m worried the programme might be too extreme for me ?
    We believe in balance, not extremes. The programme is designed to push you enough to see results but not so much that it feels overwhelming. Your well-being is our top priority.
  • Will this programme suit my family life?
    Absolutely. We know family comes first, which is why our program is flexible and can be tailored to fit around your family commitments. We also provide guidance on how to incorporate family-friendly meals into your nutrition plan.
  • I'm not sure I can afford this right now?
    Investing in your health is important, and we strive to offer value for your money. Plus, with our tiered pricing, you can choose the level that fits your budget.
  • I’ve tried programmes before and didn't stick to them?
    It's common to face challenges with sticking to a programme. That's why we offer daily support and accountability to help keep you motivated and on track. We're here to help you make this time different.
  • Is it only for women over 40?
    No — but most of our clients are. The programme is designed with women over 40 in mind, especially those dealing with changes in energy, metabolism, and body shape. It’s not for athletes, influencers, or people looking to show off in the gym. If you want real support and a plan that fits your life, you’ll feel right at home.
  • When can I join?
    During our chat we will establish two things. 1. If we can help you and 2. If you are a good fit to join our programme and you will book in for your initial metabolism testing and strategy session.
  • Why is this coaching service different?
    We use real data from your metabolism and body composition to create a personalised plan that actually fits your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. No cookie-cutter workouts, no extreme diets—just a science-backed system that gets results and helps you keep them.
  • What else is included?
    You will have full access to our private members site where we have lots of informative videos about training, nutrition and lifestyle changes. We have built this site to ensure we leave no stone unturned and answer all of your questions that will only help propel your progress! You'll get exclusive access to our Metabolic community where you'll be surrounded by like minded ladies who are all on similar journeys and are there to support each other. Think of it as a group of cheerleaders in your back pocket!
  • How soon will I get results?
    You will start to notice small but exciting changes within the first 30 days. Things like higher energy levels, a better quality sleep and feeling less bloated. To visibly notice physical changes, these typically come within 4-6 weeks given that you adhere to your plan!
