What information we collect

When you submit an enquiry form — including through our Facebook or Instagram adverts — we collect your first name, last name, email address, and phone number.

If you become a client, we also collect health and medical information, body composition data, dietary information, and lifestyle information that you provide as part of your programme.

Why we collect it and what we do with it

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and tell you about our services. We use your health and programme information to design and deliver your personalised nutrition and coaching programme.

We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to deliver your programme — for example, the Trainerize coaching platform which hosts your programme content.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your programme data for 3 years after your programme ends, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct any inaccuracies, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@metabolicbirmingham.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.

Our website uses basic analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable information is collected through cookies.
